Erin Hybart

Erin started drawing houses “for fun” as a pre-teen and flipped her first house at age 20. Shortly after her second flip, she obtained her real estate license. Since 2017, Erin has worked with buyers, sellers, and investors in the real estate industry while building a real estate flipping business. This flipping business allows cash investors to hire a team to plan, design and oversee a renovation project to maximize profit at resale. 

Erin's long-term goals are to strategically impact the affordable housing market throughout the United States with Tiny House Community developments and expand her Real Estate flipping business into other states and countries.
